How to get ahead at work without a Uni degree?

While many believe that it is crucial to have a university degree in order to get promoted within the workplace environment, it is proven that this is not the case. In order to get ahead at work, one must have the proper experience. Experience trumps degrees all day long. Why is that? Well, while many may have a degree and are qualified to do the job, it does not mean that they are actually a good fit for the particular role.
