Feros Care, founded in 1990, is a multi-award-winning, all-inclusive, not-for-profit organisation helping seniors and people with disability live happier, healthier, and better-connected lives.

Aged care

We are trailblazers in aged care, providing in-home services including personal care, domestic services, social support programs, and access to a clinical health team. Committed to enabling clients to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible, we also offer a range of innovative tech-driven products and services, prioritising safety and fostering connectivity.

Residential aged care

Our two residential villages in northern New South Wales embody the ethos, ‘Don’t just live with us. Come alive with us.’ Offering homely accommodation, exceptional care from compassionate staff, and unique activities to inspire and invigorate, residential care has never looked so vibrant.

Disability and Community Development

Feros Care is also a proud NDIS partner in the community, delivering Local Area Coordination services to support people with disability. We work closely with these individuals and their families, assisting with the implementation of their NDIS plans.

Finally, we are leaders in the field of Community Capacity Building Projects, facilitating events, programs, and projects to inspire accessibility, promote diversity, and create a more inclusive landscape for people of all abilities, backgrounds, and cultures.

Mission Statement

At Feros Care, we have the privilege of supporting seniors and people with disability who are determined to squeeze the most out of every day. People who live by the daily mantra of get up, get out, and do the things that bring them joy.

We don’t conform to people’s preconceptions about age or ability; we aim to reshape perceptions and conversations around care. We don’t just want people to live, we want them to dream, to get their feet wet, and their hands dirty. To laugh, have friends, and be happy. To have ambitions, plans, and passions.
