Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Retail Buyer to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring we maintain our high standards in sourcing and delivering the freshest produce to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail and wholesale fresh produce markets, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for quality.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Market Research – Analyzes consumer trends and demand to inform purchasing decisions.

·        Product Selection – Chooses products aligned with brand and customer needs.

·        Supplier Negotiation – Negotiates prices and terms with suppliers for profitability.

·        Inventory Management – Maintains optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.

·        Budget Oversight – Manages purchasing budget and monitors spending.

·        Quality Control – Ensures product quality and compliance with regulations.

·        Cross-Department Collaboration – Works with sales and marketing to support promotions and launches.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years work experience in related field
